Abstract :
Administration plays a pivotal role in shaping the economic growth and development of a nation. Efficient administration ensures the effective formulation and implementation of policies, proper allocation of resources, and smooth functioning of institutions. Good governance promotes stability, attracts investment, and fosters innovation, thereby strengthening the economy. On the other hand, weak or corrupt administration leads to mismanagement, delays, and wastage of public resources, which hinders progress and increases inequality. Administrative reforms, transparency, accountability, and the adoption of technology-driven governance can significantly enhance economic efficiency.
