By accessing this website, submitting a manuscript or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Publisher.

1. User and Author Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account activities.
• Authors must provide accurate and verified information during manuscript submission.
• The submitting author must have full authority from all co-authors.
• Users may not submit defamatory, infringing or unlawful material.
• Any use of Generative AI tools must be clearly disclosed.

2. Copyright and Licensing Policy

• Authors may be required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement or publish under a Creative Commons License.
• Website branding, design and content remain the property of the Publisher.
• Metadata may be used for indexing, databases and promotional purposes.

3. Peer Review & Editorial Decisions

• Editorial decisions are made solely by the Editorial Board.
• Submission does not guarantee publication.
• The peer review process remains confidential.

4. Plagiarism and Ethical Integrity Policy

• All submissions are subject to the Journal Plagiarism Policy.
• Data fabrication, plagiarism or misconduct may result in sanctions.

5. Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted formally and signed.
• Unethical withdrawals may result in author debarment.

6. Fees, Payments and Refund Policy

• Authors agree to pay the applicable Article Processing Charges (APC).
• Refunds are governed by the Journal Refund Policy.
• Fast-Track publications are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• The Publisher shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Research validity remains the sole responsibility of the authors.
• Total liability shall not exceed the APC paid by the author.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher, Editors, Reviewers, Directors, Officers and Staff from third-party claims arising from breaches of these Terms.

9. Publisher Rights & Legal Defense

• The Publisher reserves the right to reject or remove content.
• Investigation and financial records may be retained where necessary.
• Published work may be retracted if ethical violations are discovered.

10. General Provisions

• The Publisher may terminate access for policy violations.
• Terms may be amended at any time.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction shall be the courts of Delhi, India.

11. Policy Integration

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Plagiarism Policy, Withdrawal Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
