Abstract :
The rapid growth of the mobile application industry has increased the demand for efficient, intelligent, and cross-platform development solutions. Traditional native development often faces challenges such as platform fragmentation, higher development costs, and increased maintenance. Modern technologies such as Flutter, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and 5G are addressing these challenges by improving development efficiency, personalization, and application performance. Flutter enables cross-platform development through a high-performance rendering engine and features such as hot reload, while AI enhances user experiences through intelligent personalization. Meanwhile, 5G enables faster communication and low-latency mobile services. These advancements have also influenced computer science education, with mobile application development increasingly incorporating technologies such as Dart and Kotlin and emphasizing hands-on client-server and backend projects. Together, these technologies are shaping the future of mobile application development and preparing developers for the evolving digital ecosystem.
