Abstract :
The internship component is an integral part of medical laboratory technician (MLT) training programs, providing students with valuable hands-on experience and bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which may affect the quality of their training and subsequent professional development. However, interns often encounter various challenges during their internships, which may influence the overall quality of MLT training programs. This research paper aims to investigate and evaluate the impact of internship challenges on the overall quality of Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) training programs by examining their effects on student learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and overall student satisfaction. This study explores potential strategies to mitigate these challenges and enhance the quality of MLT training programs.
