Abstract :
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policies play a major role in the economic growth of developing countries around the world. Attracting FDI inflows with conductive policies has therefore become a key battleground in the emerging markets. For the overall development of any nation the domestic capital is occasionally insufficient. Thus the use of foreign capital is thought to be helpful in reducing the gap between domestic savings and investment. The current study focused to analyze the country wise inflow of FDI in India during the period of 2012-13 to 2021-22. The study covers the FDI inflows from Mauritius, Singapore, The United States of America, Cyprus, Japan, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, United Arab Emirates, France, Switzerland, South Korea, Luxembourg, China, and Other Countries.
