"Justice on Wheels-Access to Justice for All" Is the Core Idea of Clinical Legal and Justice Education

Abstract :
First of all, I thank ALL India Law Teachers Congress for organizing annual Conference on 19th and 20th November, 2022 to held at New Delhi and selected the main theme of Clinical Legal Education with various aspects. In the present Global Technological Scenario Nano, Crypto, and Blockchain Technologies are influencing entire societies developed under developed and developed countries there is a lot of challenges before the law of fraternity more particularly on the legal education in era of globalization. It is the need of us to analyse debate and discuss thew main theme and the sub theme of the Annual conference. I will come to my topic that justice on wheel access to justice for all. Justice on wheels is the concept adopted by Dean Faculty of Law, Osmania University as a new method of propagating Clinical Legal Education, Justice Education and Legal Aid for the poor and deprive communities in Indian Society. Access to justice main moto of the judicial of the India to give speedy justice to victims of the country. In this programme we are conducting the Clinical Legal Education to the students and common public in Law Colleges Legal Aid Centres, the Office of the Dean with collaboration of Telangana State Human Rights Commission and Legal Cell Services Authority of Telangana State jointly organizing the basic Fundamental Principles of Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Human Rights and Legal Rights of citizens from constitution day from November 26th to December 10th Human Rights Day of every year. This is one of the new method the Office of the Dean Faculty of Law with the co-operation of All Legal Aid Centres of the Campus Constituent and All Affiliated Law Colleges in the Osmania University.
